I enjoy working with people and this reflects in my work. I find the challenge of the tight deadline or difficult requirement pushes me to achieve. I have never been one to settle for 'just good enough', I have to deliver the best I can.

My style is generally to use natural light as much as possible. I try to capture the moment and avoid the obviously posed. When you look at your photographs over the years they should be the doorway to your feelings of the time. That, to me, is a timeless image and that is what I strive to capture.

I cover a range of photographic disciplines and divide my time between commissioned work, freelance work, self financed projects and work for local community groups and charities.

Based in Christchurch in Dorset I have covered events over most of the South and South West of England.

I am CRB checked and have the Standard Disclosure documentation which can be viewed if required. For those interested in the equipment I use a range of Canon bodies and lenses. I am also a Canon Professional Services member.

I am a member of the Event Photography Society a trade association for professional event photographers.
